Fiber To The Premises Broadband Project
IMPORTANT UPDATE
As AT&T Fiber service is being installed in your area, our crews may visit a residence to complete part of the installation known as a “drop.” During this step, a fiber line may be placed temporarily across a yard or property area in order to connect service (it may go over trees/bushes during this temporary time).
Please note that this line is temporary. A separate member of our team will return to bury the line, typically within 10–14 days.
To help ensure the process is completed safely and efficiently, we kindly ask that residents do not touch, move, or disturb the fiber line while it is temporarily in place.
We appreciate your patience as our teams work as quickly and efficiently as possible to complete AT&T Fiber installations throughout the community.
We also ask that you proactively share this information with your residents so they are aware this may occur during their AT&T Fiber installation and can anticipate the next steps in the process.
